Three decades of educational excellence and growth
Holy Child School was founded by Late Sri Ajit Kumar Purkayastha with a noble vision. Started with 125 students, the school was established with the mission of 'Man Making' and providing quality education to all sections of society.
The school received official recognition and was affiliated to SEBA (Secondary Education Board of Assam), marking the beginning of its journey as a recognized educational institution committed to academic excellence.
Holy Child School celebrated its Silver Jubilee, marking 25 years of educational excellence. By this time, the school had grown significantly and was recognized as one of the best educational institutions in Silchar.
Today, the school serves over 1200 students with excellent HSLC results year after year. Students continue bringing great laurels to the school, maintaining its reputation as one of Silchar's premier educational institutions.
