Pranabananda Holy Child HS School, Silchar-5. One of the fore-ranking co-educational institutions was founded in the year 1993 with a noble mission of 'Man Making'. The school was recognised in the year 1993 and has been affiliated to SEBA since then. It is being managed by a dynamic and farsighted management assisted by a band of wel-educated, energetic and caring teaching staff. Holy Child School was founded in the year 1993 by Late Sri Ajit Kumar Purkayastha. The school started with a small number of 125 students which has now grown into a strength of nearly 1200 students. The yearly HSLC result has been excellent with several students bringing great laurels to the school.Holy Child School celebrated its Silver Jubilee in the year 2017. It can be humbly stated that it is now considered to be one of the best educational institutions of Silchar.
